Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AutoData ("the Service"), a product operated by GrowSight ("the Company", "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What AutoData does

AutoData extracts structured data from invoices, receipts, delivery notes and similar business documents using AI, and delivers the output as Excel files, Google Sheets sync, or via API. Details of features per plan are on the pricing page.

3. Your account

You need to sign up with a valid email and password.
You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
You must be 18+ or legally authorized to bind your organization.
One account per person; sharing credentials is prohibited.

4. AppSumo Lifetime Deal (LTD)

60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your LTD purchase within 60 days of activation, contact AppSumo for a full refund per their standard policy. After 60 days, LTD purchases are non-refundable but remain valid for the lifetime of the product.

Code stacking. Multiple LTD codes can be stacked to upgrade tiers. Stacking is per-account, not transferable between accounts.

License transfer. Licenses are personal and cannot be resold. If you shut down your business, contact us at support@growsight.online.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload illegal, fraudulent, or infringing documents.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or clone the Service.
Overload the API beyond documented rate limits.
Use the Service to violate applicable law in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules, with reasonable notice when possible.

6. Data ownership & privacy

You retain full ownership of every document you upload and every field extracted from it. We process this data to provide the Service; we do not use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Availability & SLA

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance. For extended downtime affecting paying customers, contact support for a pro-rated credit.

8. AI accuracy disclaimer

AutoData uses AI to extract data. Average accuracy is ~95% for typical invoices and receipts. Poor image quality, unusual formats, or handwritten notes can reduce accuracy. Every extraction includes confidence scores per field. You are responsible for reviewing extracted data before using it for accounting, tax, or legal purposes.

9. Cancellation

Monthly/annual subscriptions: cancel anytime from your account settings. No refunds for partial months.
LTD purchases: see section 4 (60-day AppSumo refund policy).
Upon cancellation, your data is available for export for 30 days, then deleted from our systems.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Buenos Aires Autonomous City, Argentina, without regard to conflict of laws principles. For international customers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
